Charlys Comeback

After living 35 years in America, the former ski racer Charly returns to Toggenburg, where he unexpectedly meets Margrit – the woman he almost married. A marriage hindered in the last moment by a mishap with the car’s handbrake and an unfortunate series of misunderstandings. Since then Charly’s VW beetle has remained at the bottom of a mountain lake with the wedding ring in the glove compartment. Admittedly, decades have left their mark on the erstwhile perfect couple, but little by little the two realise that emotions from their past still exist.
